On the 28th November 2022 (Monday), the Herbal Research Group Laboratory of Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) welcomed overseas guests from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Hasanuddin, Indonesia during their 1-day tour around the Universiti Brunei Darussalam campus. The visitors were comprised of the faculty dean, Prof.Dr.rer.nat. Marianti A Manggau, Apt., and Prof. Dr. Gemini Alam, M.Si., Apt, as well as some 10 other staff and members from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Hasanuddin. The tour led by Dk. Dr. Nurolaini Pg Haji Muhd Kifli, Senior Assistant Professor at PAPRSB Institute of Health Sciences, UBD, also included visits to Treasure Cove @ UBD Library, Institute for Biodiversity and Environmental Research (IBER), UBD Botanical Garden and the Simpur Café for an afternoon tea break.
During their visit to the Herbal Research Group Laboratory, valuable information and knowledge on herbal plant research and extraction techniques were exchanged between the guests and members of the Herbal Research Group. The brief visit was concluded with a group photo session at the Wet Laboratory of the Herbal Research Group Laboratory, UBD.
